What Zenlect China Desk does
A China-related request does not always arrive with the correct label. A company check may require Chinese public records; a document problem may require a notary, translator or lawyer; a brand question may require a registered intellectual-property agency. Zenlect turns the request into a workable brief, confirms scope and budget, remains the project contact and coordinates delivery through the appropriate channel.
Scope
- Legal disputes, lawyer letters, litigation and arbitration support managed with qualified counsel.
- Trademark, patent, copyright, platform and other intellectual-property projects handled through appropriately registered providers where required.
- Customs declarations and compliance issues coordinated with properly filed declaration businesses or specialists.
- Company and counterparty checks using lawful public records and desk research.
- Company registration, licences, tax and accounting coordination, employment and immigration support, notarization, apostille, translation, certifications and other clearly scoped remote China agency work.
- Plain-English guides based primarily on official Chinese sources.
Professional and legal boundaries
Zenlect China Desk is not itself a law firm, patent or trademark agency, customs declaration business, accounting firm or government body. Zenlect may manage the project, while any regulated act is performed by the appropriately qualified provider and any required engagement structure is explained before work begins.
Zenlect does not conduct factory or on-site inspections, sourcing negotiations, shipment or logistics execution, surveillance, people-location work, private or confidential database access, false-document work, improper influence or ongoing physical local-representative roles. Results and approvals are never guaranteed.
How enquiries are handled
Zenlect currently reviews projects with a total budget above US$100. Submitting an enquiry does not itself create a lawyer–client or other regulated professional relationship. Information is reviewed to understand the request, check fit and prepare a possible scope. Do not send passwords, full government identification numbers, complete bank details or original evidence through the initial form.
